The cartridges are fed by a rotating tray system and placed sequentially on the conveyor belt. It is carried to the front of the 2-Axis robot with a conveyor. Thanks to the box machine at the beginning of the line, the shaped boxes are brought to the robot’s movement area with the help of a conveyor. Thanks to double feeding cartridges and Robot arms, the box is filled in a speedy manner. Closing operations are performed on the conveyor belt as the boxes move along. At the next station, box weight measurement is made and boxes that do not match the criteria are discharged out of the system.
