Bullet Transfer Press
This machine is designed for the production of cartridge bullets, it will have 14 active stations and will complete the production by placing cores made of steel or lead material into the bullet jacket produced from brass material and opening a cord around it.
The bullet cures (steel or lead) will be fed into the machine through an automatic feeding system with a rotating tray. The necessary operations are carried out by placing the bullet cores in the shaped brass jacket, which is taken into the machine by a sorter with a rotary tray system.
Necessary sensor automations will be made in order to prevent possible jams in the machine, and it will be ensured that the machine is not damaged and the error rates of the outputs do not increase. All sliding bearings and moving parts of the machine will be lubricated by the central lubrication system.
