Vertical Drawing Press Machine

Vertical Cartridge Drawing and cut-to-length press machine performs the First Drawing, Second Drawing Third Drawing and cutting to length operations of the brass cup input, respectively.
Inputs are fed to the press with an automatic feeding system. In this part, thanks to the rotating and controlled sorter system, foreign materials and reversed faulty feeds are removed from the system through a separate discharge pipe. Errorfree inputs are fed into the system.
Double feeding is performed thanks to the double channel recording and transfer bar. In this way, the capacity is multiplied by 2. Brass cups thimbles are transported between stations by means of a movable transfer bar. In this way, the first drawing, second drawing, third drawing processes are shaped with the help of punches at each station and length cutting is performed.
The press operates based on the eccentric press logic and moves the punches. The cartridge shape is formed by the deep drawing method thanks to the punches. These cartridges will be transported between stations by the punches connected to the lower cam systems and the movement of the transfer plate. The system will be designed as sensor-controlled to detect any jams. Burrs formed in the length cutting station will be discharged into a separate chamber.
With the help of a conveyor, output products will be fed to the next process, namely, the heat treatment machine. The molds on the machine will be designed in such a way that they can be compatible with the cartridge formats specified in the technical section by changing the punches and necessary equipment kits. If there are all moving driving components, gears, cams and lubricating partsthat needed to be lubricated, they with the automatic lubrication system.
