Indenting, Heading, Punching Hole And Necking Machine

Vertical indenting, marking, flame hole punching and necking press; 7,62-5,56 cartridge cases which undergo drawing, length cutting and stress relieving processes, respectively, goes through cold pressing method – Marking – Flame hole punching.

In this press machine, which is based on the fully automatic working principle, the cartridges are fed to the system by the feeding unit.
Transfer bars carry these cartridges to the processing station, respectively . Thanks to the punches on the press, operations are carried out on the cartridges according to the cold forming principle. Transfer bar carries out the task of transporting cartridges to the next process. Precautions are taken place with the help of sensors on the machine if the cartridges come out for any reason, and the machine is stopped.
The finished cartridges are transferred to the next bench by a conveyor system. The movement of the production tools is provided by the movement of the block that enables the press. The movements of the lower extraction punches and the transfer bar are provided with the help of cams. Control equipment is provided with the help of switches and sensors to ensure the healthy operation of the system.
