Primer Inserting Machine
The Cartridge cases are fed into the machine automatically. Following the cartridge cases control, the cartridge case is checked for existence of the flame holes and the ones that don’t have are separated. Primer inserting system is provided automatically with a vibrating unit.
The anvil presence and position of the primers are automatically checked while they are fed into the system, and those that are not suitable are automatically removed from the system.
When the cartridge case reaches the primer inserting station, the automatically fed ignition primer is inserted into the cartridge case. The cartidge case with the primer attached is riveted at the next station. After checking the rivets with a camera at the camera control station, the primer depth is checked with the gauge on the machine and non-conforming products are discarded.
