Cup Press
Cup Press machine enables to obtain brass cup in the desired size and dimensions from sheet material by rolling out rolled brass material and pressing it gradually in the form of a process.
The brass sheet is rolled out and incorporated into the system. With the Gradual Pressing logic, the sheet is pressed into the cup molds, allowing the material to take shape and be separated from the existing sheet.
The recyclable waste material and the resulting brass cup are separated from each other and discharged from the machine using different discharge methods.
The press works with the logic of an eccentric press and moves the tools used to create cups. The shape of the cup is formed with the help of these production kits and moulds. Kits will be designed to be compatible with cartridge case formats by changing the molds, punches and necessary equipment on the machine. If there are all moving drive parts, gears, cams and parts that need to be lubricated, they will be lubricated by the automatic central lubrication system.
