Visual Inspection Machine
It will enable visual inspections of cartridge cases coming out of the mouth annealing bench.
With the feeding system on the machine, the cartridges coming from the mouth annealing will be arranged in a row on the chain transportation system.
The cartridge cases will move on the conveyor system at a certain speed and will allow the operator to visually inspect with the help of the mirrors on the workbench.The product found to be defective will be separated from the system with the help of the operator.
The machine transfers the ejected cartridges to a chain system, the chain lugs push the cartridge so that it rotates around itself. This allows the operator to inspect the cartridge by eye. Input and output are the same product. There is no physical change.
