VERTICAL SLEEVE ROLLING PRESS

Vertical barrel rolling and cut-to-length press machine performs the First Rolling, Second Rolling, Third Rolling and Cut-to-Length operations of the brass ferrule input, respectively. Inputs are fed to the boiler on the press with an automatic feeding system. In this part, thanks to the rotating and controlled sorter system, foreign materials and reversed faulty feeds are removed from the system through a separate discharge pipe. Error-free inputs are fed into the system. Double feeding is performed thanks to the double channel recording and transfer bar. In this way, the capacity is multiplied by 2. Brass thimbles are transported between stations by means of a movable transfer bar. In this way, the first rolling, second rolling, third rolling and cutting to length processes are shaped at each station with the help of punches and cut to length is performed.

The press operates based on the eccentric press logic and moves the punches. The sleeve shape is formed by the deep drawing method thanks to the punches. Brass thimbles are extended inside the punches and lower dies by means of the drawing method . The barrels will be transported between stations by the punches connected to the lower cam systems and the movement of the transfer plate. The system will be designed as sensor-controlled to detect the jams. The burrs formed in the length cutting station will be discharged into a separate chamber. With the help of a conveyor, output products will be fed to the next process, namely, the heat treatment machine. The molds on the machine will be designed in such a way that they can be compatible with the hive formats specified in the technical section by changing the punches and necessary equipment. All the moving driving components, gears, cams and lubricating parts, if any, will be lubricated with the automatic lubricating system.
