VERTICAL SLEEVE POCKET OPENING MACHINE

Vertical pocketing, marking, flame hole punching and shrinking press, rolled, cut to length and stress relieved, 7,62-5,56 cartridge cases in this station, respectively, with the help of production tools (punches) in the cold pressing method - Marking - Flame drilling the hole – 1. Nozzle pucking – 2. Nozzle pucking – 3. Nozzle pucking and diameter calibration operations are performed. In this press machine, which is based on the fully automatic working principle, the barrels are fed to the system by the feeding unit. Transfer bars carry the shelves to the station by processing them in an order. Thanks to the punches on the press, operations are carried out on the shell according to the cold forming principle. Transfer bar shell carries out the task of transporting to the next processing. If the shells come out for any reason, precautions are taken with the help of sensors on the machine and the machine is stopped.

The finished shells are transferred to the next bench by a conveyor system. The movement of the production tools is achieved through the movement of the block that provides the press. The movements of the lower removal punches and the transfer bar is achieved with the help of cams. Control equipment is provided with the help of switches and sensors in order for the system to work properly.
